As your doula, I act as your advocate on the journey through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Here’s what you can expect from me.

This introductory session is for you to get a sense for my approach.

We’ll review my services and I’ll ask some questions to understand your birth support needs. I’m looking forward to learning about you and your family.

Standard Doula Package
$800 - $1200 (sliding scale)

3 Prenatal Meetings

At 12-20 wks, 24-30 wks, & 36-38 wks

Together we’ll explore:

  • What support and advocacy mean to you

  • Comfort measures during pregnancy

  • Comfort measures during labor

  • Pushing positions

  • Labor and birth preferences

  • Plans for surprises and complications

  • Optimal positioning of baby

  • The postpartum period

Labor & Birth

I will be ON-CALL from 37-42 weeks.

I will be available to:

  • Answer calls and texts at all hours

  • Help you know when labor has started

  • Help you decide when to go to your place of birth

Once labor begins I’ll offer:

  • In-person support for 24 hours

  • Advocacy

  • Comfort measure / physical support

  • Environmental and emotional support

  • Partner support

  • Feeding support

  • A guaranteed back-up doula in case of emergency

2 Postpartum Meetings

At birth +5-10 days postpartum & 14-28 days postpartum

I will support you by:

  • Visiting you at home for check-ins

  • Taking questions by call or text

  • Offering basic feeding support

  • Helping partners know how to support

  • Recommending specialists when necessary
