I’m here for you

We’ll meet at least 7 times along your birth journey.

  • Free consultation

  • 3 prenatal meetings

  • The birth itself

Being on your birth team
would be an honor.

My approach is grounded in these beliefs:

  1. Your family deserves a trained supporter before, during & after your birth experience.

  2. Your anxieties & preferences matter; you deserve control over your birth environment.

  3. Informed consent & bodily autonomy are essential and you deserve thoughtful care and respect in all situations.

  4. All types of birth - medicated, unmedicated, less medicated, surgical - are both challenging and beautiful.

FAQs

  • My goal is that everyone can afford my birth support. For that reason, my cost is on a sliding scale. You know your own budget best. Before we have our first prenatal meeting, you’ll let me know what cost works for your family.

  • Half of the payment is due at or before the first prenatal meeting. The second half is due at the first postpartum meeting. However, a more flexible payment schedule is available if needed.

  • It’s never too late to hire support. Of course, the sooner you do, the more likely I’ll be available. Time is a real constraint, while I will try my best to fit in all of our prenatal meetings, it’s not a guarantee. We may need to get creative!

  • I attend all birth locations.

  • Yes BUT I am not a professional birth photographer. My first priority will be to support you and your partner during labor, birth, and right after the birth. If I am able, I’d be happy to snap a few photos of your family before and after your baby is born.

  • You are welcome to give them a call and have a chat. I will share their number with you during our interview if you request it.
